Our Staff

I am proud to say that I am the Owner and Physical Therapist of Agility Physical Therapy and Wellness. I grew up in this area and spent many of my high school years at the bowling alley and the Dairy Queen in East Windsor. Now, so many years later, having my own physical therapy clinic across the street makes me proud and ecstatic.

For the past 18 years after obtaining my Physical Therapy degree at Northeastern University, I have had the opportunity to work on my clinical skills in multiple settings. I recognized early on how I would want to run my own business. I worked in many different places but it was never satisfying because I wanted to do things my own way, the way I felt would benefit each patient more individually. Staying physically active is an important part of my life and I try to share that importance with my patients. You can call me a physical therapist, a personal trainer or even a personal torturer, but nonetheless, my purpose is still the same: to work my hardest to give each patient the best quality of care, and be honest with them throughout the process. I strive to surround myself with other therapist who work with patients the same way I do, through manual work, education, communication and specific for each individual patient.

I have recently started working with Middle School and High School athletes to overall performance and strength, as well as give them tools to prevent injuries. The goal is to establish and improve a strong athletic foundation.

I have been with Agility Physical Therapy since the very beginning and I absolutely love it! I have almost 10 years of experience in working as a medical receptionist and plan on continuing that for many years to come.

I really love what I do so when you come through the door you will find me at the front desk greeting you with a big smile. When I am not there, it is assured I will be doing my second job as a single mom, playing with my 8 year old son, who never fails to keep that big smile on my face.
